Boca Grande Real Estate, Inc. has been serving the island of Boca Grande since 1977. We are the island’s oldest and most experienced real estate firm specializing in real estate sales, vacation rentals, and association property management. We have six sales associates, six reservation specialists, plus additional support staff to serve you. Boca Grande Real Estate has two locations. The main office is in the downtown village at the corner of Fourth Street and Park Avenue next to the Post Office. Our sister office is located at the Sea Oats Condominium on Gulf Shore Drive at the north end of Boca Grande.
Mark Spurgeon, Broker and Owner of Boca Grande Real Estate, Inc., has operated the business since 1984. Having grown up on Boca Grande, he knows the ins and outs of island living.
