Randy, a native of the Chicago area, embarked on his real estate journey in 1986, establishing deep roots in the picturesque landscapes of Boca Grande. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Randy's affinity for the Sunshine State prompted him to make it his permanent home in 1984. Alongside his wife Judy, Randy raised three Florida-native sons – Matthew, Daniel, and Joseph – all of whom excelled as team captains on their high school basketball teams.
Beyond real estate, Randy is passionate about coaching basketball for all age groups, embodying a commitment to community involvement. A devout member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Randy and Judy actively participated in the upbringing of their sons, who served as altar servers. Dan is a proud native of the Englewood/Boca Grande area, his roots deeply intertwined with the community. Baptized at Our Lady of Mercy church in Boca Grande, he served as an altar server for numerous years, with assistance from his two brothers Matthew and Joseph. Heath is a 5th generation Floridian and a third generation Realtor with 28 years of active sales experience. His rich history in real estate began when his grandfather co-founded Cypress Gardens Realty in Winter Haven Florida over 60 Years ago. At an early age, Heath’s grandfather and father inspired him to learn the ends and outs of the real estate business. Since then, Heath’s passion for real estate has driven him to become a leader in the industry.
Over the past decade Heath has been recognized as one of the top real estate producers on Boca Grande. Many know Heath as being an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting & fishing with his family & friends. Fishing has played a big part of Heath’s real estate success. He is a past USGA licensed Captain and former professional inshore tournament angler. He has received numerous fishing tournament awards and has been featured in multiple nationally televised appearances, including ESPN. Heath still enjoys taking his real estate clients fishing or sharing a few secret spots!
